How do my clients log in?+
Each client gets a unique passcode. They open your portal link, enter the code, and see only their own videos. No account creation, no password resets, no friction.
Can editors see what I charge clients?+
Never. Prices, admin notes and internal deadlines are visible only to you. Editors see briefs, raw files, their deadline and their notes — nothing else.
Do you store our video files?+
No — the portal tracks links to your existing storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, Frame.io), so your workflow doesn't change and you don't pay twice for storage.
Can I try it before paying?+
Yes — the live demo is a full working copy with sample data. Drag cards, switch roles, submit requests. When you're ready, we set up your own portal.
